Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 cups milk (or non dairy alternative of your choice)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup almonds, roasted and unsalted
  • ¼ cup sugar, adjust to your taste
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve immediately. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
