- 10–15 fresh mint leaves, rinsed
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 1 Liter sparkling lemonade (I use Trader Joe’s Sparkling Pink Lemonade)
1. Muddle the mint leaves with a mortar and pestle. Alternatively, tear the leaves, and place them in a pitcher.
2. Pour the sparkling lemonade into the pitcher
3 Add in the rose water and stir to combine
4. Chill for 4-6 hours, or overnight before serving. The mint flavor will strengthen over time.
