Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro, leaves and thin stems, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, rinsed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 thai chilis
  • 2 tbsp walnut pieces
  • 2 tbsp water, adjust as needed
  • 1/4 tsp salt, adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into small blender and puree to desired consistency. Add water and salt to your taste
